Leadership Potential Reports

The Denison Leadership Potential Report (DLPR) is a Hogan-based solution that allows measurement of a participant’s inherent leadership potential linked to the twelve dimensions of the Denison Leadership Model. The DLPR is generated based on participant responses to three self-report assessments of personality and values; specifically, the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS), and Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI).  These dimension are critical for any position which contains high level of accountability regardless of functional responsibility.

A participant’s responses to these scales indicate their ingrained personal characteristics and motives, which inform the manner in which they will behave in the workplace.  Hogan has aligned these characteristics and motives to the Denison Leadership dimensions, providing a valid prediction of likely performance. The DLPR leverages this alignment research in a comprehensive but easy-to-use format that allows users to make the connection between personality/values and potential for competency performance.

Leadership Development Survey 360

When conducted well, there is a powerful learning opportunity in feedback. Denison’s Leadership 360 Development Survey (DLDS) identifies strengths and specific development opportunities for leaders at different levels. The DLDS measures an individual leader’s performance on a set of 12 leadership behaviours linked to high performing business cultures. Based on the Denison Model, this 360° instrument provides leaders with broad-based feedback about their performance, and links specific management skills and practices to bottom-line results such as profitability, quality, innovation, market share, sales growth, and employee satisfaction.

The major advantage to this 360° process, is the alignment to the established organisational culture survey. Leaders can begin to seek feedback from both their employer, from those they lead, and from their colleagues in terms of their approach to driving the high performance culture desired.

executive coaching

The Executive Coaching provided by Bennu Consulting is integrative in nature and aligned to the needs of both the client and the sponsor. Integrative Coaching may include set, performance related objectives but also aim to work within the needs of the individual client. This may include a more holistic, co-active approach where all aspects of a client’s experience may be explored.

Before any coaching is agreed, a clear objective, time-line and expected outcomes would be explored so that both client, sponsor and coach can adhere to appropriate boundaries within the sessions.

Content of coaching sessions may include goal-oriented performance work, stress management, inter-personal communication, awareness/emotional intelligence work and a focus on achieving objectives.
